Huawei Mate 20 has an overall score of 79.5, which is a bit better than LG Q8's overall score of 77.2. These devices work with Android operating system, but the Huawei Mate 20 has a newer 9.0 Pie version and LG Q8 has Android 7.0 Nougat version, so it counts with a couple additional features and improved performance. Huawei Mate 20 is a newer phone than the LG Q8, although it's heavier and just a little thicker.
The LG Q8 has a bit better looking display than Huawei Mate 20, because although it has much less brightness and a really smaller screen, it also counts with more pixels per screen inch and a higher resolution of 1440 x 2560.
