Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 20 has a score of 79.5, which is a little bit better than Moto G8 Power's 76 global score. Although Huawei Mate 20 is older than Moto G8 Power, it's construction is just a little bit lighter and somewhat thinner. These phones come with Android OS, but the Huawei Mate 20 has a newer 9.0 Pie version and Moto G8 Power has Android 10.
The Huawei Mate 20 features just a bit better processing power than Moto G8 Power. Both of them have 8 cpu cores and a 4 GB RAM memory. Huawei Mate 20 features a little bit better screen than Motorola Moto G8 Power, because although it has a just a little worse screen density and a quite lower 1080 x 2244 resolution, it also counts with a little bit larger display.
Moto G8 Power and Huawei Mate 20 both feature really similar cameras, because although the Moto G8 Power has a tinier back camera sensor shooting lower quality videos and photos, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution and the same video frame rates, it also counts with a bigger camera aperture and a back camera with way more mega-pixels.
The Motorola Moto G8 Power has a greater memory capacity to store more apps and games than Huawei Mate 20, because although it has only 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with an external memory slot that holds up to 512 GB. The Moto G8 Power features better battery performance than Huawei Mate 20, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity.
Although Huawei Mate 20 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Moto G8 Power, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Moto G8 Power. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Huawei Mate 20, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Moto G8 Power, letting go a couple specifications.
