Comparison review
The Nokia 8.3 5G is slightly better than the Huawei Mate 20, getting a overall score of 80.5 against 79.5. Both phones in our current comparison use Android OS (operating system), but Nokia 8.3 5G has the previous 11 version while Huawei Mate 20 has Android 9.0 Pie version. The Nokia 8.3 5G design is newer than the Huawei Mate 20's, although it's somewhat heavier and a bit thicker.
The Nokia 8.3 5G has a CPU that is very similar to the processor in Huawei Mate 20, and although the Nokia 8.3 5G has more RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. Huawei Mate 20 has a bit sharper screen than Nokia 8.3 5G, although it has a just a little lower display density, a bit lower 1080 x 2244 pixels resolution and a bit smaller display.
The Nokia 8.3 5G features just a bit better camera than Huawei Mate 20, because although it has a smaller back-facing camera sensor which offers a lower photo and video quality and a smaller diafragm aperture, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Nokia 8.3 5G also counts with a way more mega-pixels camera in the back.
The Nokia 8.3 5G has a way bigger memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Huawei Mate 20, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal storage, the Nokia 8.3 5G also has a SD extension slot that supports up to 512 GB. The Nokia 8.3 5G has just a little better battery performance than Huawei Mate 20, because it has a 13% larger battery size.
The Nokia 8.3 5G not only is the best phones in our comparison, but it's also cheaper.
