Huawei Mate 20 has a general score of 79.5, which is a little bit better than OPPO Find X3 Neo's 76 general score. Both phones in our current comparison include Android OS (Operating System), but the Huawei Mate 20 has a more recent 9.0 Pie version while OPPO Find X3 Neo has Android 11. Even being the best we are comparing, we must tell that it is also way older, a bit heavier and just a little bit thicker.

OPPO Find X3 Neo has a bit superior battery performance than Huawei Mate 20, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity. The OPPO Find X3 Neo shoots much clearer pictures and videos than Huawei Mate 20, and although they both have the same video definition and the same camera aperture, the OPPO Find X3 Neo also has higher 60 fps video frame rate and a camera in the back with lot more mega pixels.
