Samsung Galaxy Fold is a lot better than Huawei Mate 20, with a global score of 97.6 against 79.5. The Samsung Galaxy Fold body is newer and thinner than the Huawei Mate 20's, but it is also noticeably heavier. These phones work with the same Android 9.0 Pie OS, so you shouldn't notice any differences regarding operating system features.
Samsung Galaxy Fold features just a little better performance than Huawei Mate 20, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Samsung Galaxy Fold also has a larger amount of RAM. The Huawei Mate 20 features a little bit better screen than Galaxy Fold, because although it has a quite smaller screen and a little lower 1080 x 2244 resolution, it also counts with a just a bit greater screen pixels density.
Galaxy Fold has just a bit better camera than Huawei Mate 20, because although it has a tinier camera sensor shooting worse quality videos and images, and they both have the same video resolution and a back facing camera with a 12 MP, the Galaxy Fold also counts with a bigger diafragm aperture for better photos and video in low light environments and better 60 fps video frame rates.
Galaxy Fold has much more storage for games and applications than Huawei Mate 20, because it has 384 GB more internal storage capacity. The Galaxy Fold features just a bit longer battery performance than Huawei Mate 20, because it has 4380mAh of battery capacity.
Although Galaxy Fold is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Huawei Mate 20, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Huawei Mate 20. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the Galaxy Fold, otherwise you can save some dollars and get the Huawei Mate 20, letting go a couple specs and features.
