The Samsung Galaxy M12 is just a bit better than the Huawei Mate 20, having a global score of 80 against 79.5. Both of these phones work with Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy M12 has the older 10 version and Huawei Mate 20 has Android 9.0 Pie version. Huawei Mate 20 features a bit better processing unit than Galaxy M12. They have a 4 GB RAM memory and 8 cores. The Galaxy M12 takes clearer pictures and videos than Huawei Mate 20, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture, and they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the Galaxy M12 also counts with a lot more MP camera in the back.
The Samsung Galaxy M12 has a much better battery duration than Huawei Mate 20, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity against 4000mAh.
