Comparison review
Huawei Mate 20 has a general score of 79.5, which is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy M20's general score of 78.9. Although the Huawei Mate 20 and the Samsung Galaxy M20 were only released with a few months difference, the Huawei Mate 20 body is a bit thinner but just a bit heavier than the Samsung Galaxy M20. Both of these devices use Android operating system, but the Huawei Mate 20 has a more recent 9.0 Pie version and Samsung Galaxy M20 has Android 10.
Huawei Mate 20 has a little more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy M20, because although it has a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2244 and a little lower pixel quantity per inch of screen, it also counts with a quite larger screen. Huawei Mate 20 features a bit faster processing unit than Galaxy M20. Both have the same RAM memory amount and the same number of cores.
The Huawei Mate 20 counts with a superior camera than Galaxy M20, because although it has a lower 12 mega-pixels resolution back facing camera, it also counts with a lot higher (4K) video resolution, a larger diafragm aperture to capture better images in low-light situations and a way larger sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
Samsung Galaxy M20 has a bigger memory for games and applications than Huawei Mate 20, because although it has less internal storage, it also counts with an external memory card slot that admits up to 512 GB. The Galaxy M20 features better battery lifetime than Huawei Mate 20, because it has a 25 percent bigger battery size.
