The Huawei Mate 20 captures a bit better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy Note3, because although it has a lower resolution camera and a lower 3840x2160 video definition, it also counts with a larger aperture and a much larger back-facing camera sensor which provides a lot higher image and video quality.
