Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is much better than the Huawei Mate 20, with a general score of 98 against 79.5. Although the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is newer than the Huawei Mate 20, it's heavier and just a little thicker. Both of these phones have Android operating system, but Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has the older 13 version while Huawei Mate 20 has Android 9.0 Pie.
The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a bit better performance than Huawei Mate 20, and although they both have 8 cores, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has more RAM.
