Galaxy S25 Ultra is much better than Huawei Mate 20, with a 90.7 score against 79.5. These phones come with Android OS, but the Galaxy S25 Ultra has an older 14 version and Huawei Mate 20 has Android 9.0 Pie. The Galaxy S25 Ultra design is notably thinner and way lighter than the Huawei Mate 20.
