The Galaxy Z Fold 2 is much better than Huawei Mate 20, having a overall score of 94.6 against 79.5. These phones have Android OS, but Galaxy Z Fold 2 has the previous 11 version and Huawei Mate 20 has Android 9.0 Pie. The Galaxy Z Fold 2 design is newer and thinner, but much heavier than the Huawei Mate 20.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 counts with a little better processing power than Huawei Mate 20, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 also has a larger amount of RAM memory. The Huawei Mate 20 has a little more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2, because although it has a lot worse 1080 x 2244 resolution and a little smaller screen, it also counts with a just a bit more pixels per inch in the display.
The Galaxy Z Fold 2 counts with just a bit better camera than Huawei Mate 20, and although they both have a 12 MP back-facing camera, the same 3840x2160 video definition and the same aperture, the Galaxy Z Fold 2 also has higher video frame rate and a much bigger camera sensor providing a much better image quality.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 counts with a much greater memory capacity for apps and games than Huawei Mate 20, because it has 128 GB more internal storage capacity. Galaxy Z Fold 2 counts with a bit better battery performance than Huawei Mate 20, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity against 4000mAh.
Although Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Huawei Mate 20, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Huawei Mate 20. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2, otherwise you can save some money and get the Huawei Mate 20, giving up some specifications.
