The Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition is better than Huawei Mate 20, with a 91.1 score against 79.5. Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition is a way heavier but thinner phone than Huawei Mate 20. These phones include Android OS, but the Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition has the older 14 version and Huawei Mate 20 has Android 9.0 Pie version.
The Huawei Mate 20 features a much powerful CPU than Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition, although it has 12 GB less RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. Samsung Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition counts with a bit better screen than Huawei Mate 20, because although it has a bit lower number of pixels per inch in the display, it also counts with a bigger screen, a better 1968 x 2184 pixels resolution and a lot brighter display.

So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Huawei Mate 20, resigning a couple specifications.
