Xperia 1 III has a general score of 93.3, which is better than Huawei Mate 20's overall score of 79.5. Both of these phones come with Android OS (operating system), but Xperia 1 III has the older 11 version and Huawei Mate 20 has Android 9.0 Pie. Xperia 1 III's design is incredibly newer, a little thinner and a little lighter than the Huawei Mate 20.
