The Xiaomi 14 Ultra has a general score of 84.4, which is just a bit better than Huawei Mate 20's 79.5 global score. Both of these phones include Android OS, but Xiaomi 14 Ultra has the older 14 version while Huawei Mate 20 has Android 9.0 Pie. Although Xiaomi 14 Ultra is extremely newer than the Huawei Mate 20, it is somewhat heavier and a little thicker.
The Huawei Mate 20 features a really superior processing power than Xiaomi 14 Ultra, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core CPU.
