Huawei Mate 20 has an overall score of 79.5, which is a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi MIX's 76.2 score. The Huawei Mate 20 design is newer and lighter than the Xiaomi Mi MIX's, although it's also just a little thicker. These phones include Android OS (operating system), but Huawei Mate 20 has 9.0 Pie version and Xiaomi Mi MIX has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version, so it provides some additional features.
The Huawei Mate 20 has a bit faster CPU than Xiaomi Mi MIX, and although they both have 4 GB of RAM, the Huawei Mate 20 also has 4 more cpu cores. Huawei Mate 20 counts with a little bit better looking display than Xiaomi Mi MIX, because it has a quite larger screen, a slightly higher resolution of 1080 x 2244, a little bit more pixels per screen inch and a really brighter display.
The Huawei Mate 20 captures just a bit better photographs and videos than Xiaomi Mi MIX, because although it has a lower video quality and a way less megapixels resolution camera in the back, it also counts with a much larger back-facing camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a bigger diafragm aperture.
