Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 20 is a little bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, having a general score of 79.5 against 75.7. Both phones in our current comparison come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Huawei Mate 20 has newer 9.0 Pie version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro has Android 12 version. Despite being the best cellphone in our current comparison, Huawei Mate 20's body is incredibly older, just a little bit heavier and a bit thicker than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro.
Huawei Mate 20 has a much faster CPU than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, although it has 2 GB lesser RAM, they both have the same number of cores. Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro counts with a display that's very similar to the screen in Huawei Mate 20, although the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro also has a little bit larger screen, a slightly higher 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution, a little bit better pixel density and a bit brighter screen.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro has as much memory for applications and games as Huawei Mate 20, both have the same internal storage. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro counts with a superior camera than Huawei Mate 20, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not favorable for capturing photographs or video in low light environments, and they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate and the same (4K) video definition, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro also counts with a much bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing much better quality photos and videos and a back-facing camera with a lot higher resolution.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro features longer battery life than Huawei Mate 20, because it has a 25% more battery capacity.
