Comparison review
Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 is slightly better than Huawei Mate 20, getting an 80.3 score against 79.5. Although Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 and the Huawei Mate 20 were released only a few months apart, Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 is just a little bit lighter and just a little thinner. The Huawei Mate 20 counts with a bit more powerful CPU than Xiaomi Redmi Note 7. They have the same number of cores and the same RAM amount.
The Huawei Mate 20 features a bit sharper display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, because although it has a little lower resolution of 1080 x 2244px and a just a little worse pixels density, it also counts with a little bigger screen. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 features much more storage capacity for applications and games than Huawei Mate 20, and although they both have the same internal storage capacity, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 also has an external memory slot that supports up to 256 GB.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 has a better camera than Huawei Mate 20, and although they both have a same size aperture and the same 1920x1080 video resolution, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 also has a camera with a way higher resolution, better 120 fps video frame rates and a bigger back camera sensor shooting higher quality photos.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 and Huawei Mate 20 both feature really similar battery performance.
