Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 20 has a global score of 79.5, which is a bit better than the ZTE Axon 20's 77.8 general score. Both of these phones include Android operating system, but the Huawei Mate 20 has a more recent 9.0 Pie version and ZTE Axon 20 has Android 10 version, providing lots of additional features. The Huawei Mate 20 design is a bit lighter than the ZTE Axon 20, but it's a bit thicker and was released 2 years before.
The Huawei Mate 20 has a little bit better screen than ZTE Axon 20, although it has a bit smaller screen, a bit less pixels per inch of display and a little bit worse 1080 x 2244px resolution. ZTE Axon 20 has a processing unit that's just as good as the Huawei Mate 20 one, and although the ZTE Axon 20 has 4 GB more RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processor.
ZTE Axon 20 counts with a much better camera than Huawei Mate 20, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not good for low-light photography, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the ZTE Axon 20 also counts with a back-facing camera with way more megapixels, faster 60 frames per second video frame rates and a lot bigger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.
The ZTE Axon 20 and Huawei Mate 20 have similar memory for apps and games, they have equal internal storage. ZTE Axon 20 counts with a bit superior battery duration than Huawei Mate 20, because it has 4220mAh of battery capacity.
Although Huawei Mate 20 is a better device, it costs more money than the ZTE Axon 20, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as ZTE Axon 20. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy Huawei Mate 20, otherwise you can save some dollars and get the ZTE Axon 20, letting go some features and specs.
