Huawei Mate 20 RS Porsche Design is a bit better than Huawei Mate 30 5G, with a global score of 87.7 against 87.4. Both of these devices include Android OS (operating system), but Huawei Mate 20 RS Porsche Design has a newer 9.0 Pie version while Huawei Mate 30 5G has Android 10, offering some nice extra features and performance optimizations.
