Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 30 5G is much better than Microsoft Surface Duo, getting an 87.4 score against 78.8. Both devices in this review work with the same Android 10 operating system. Despite of the fact Huawei Mate 30 5G is older and thicker than the Microsoft Surface Duo, it's design is still a lot lighter.
The Microsoft Surface Duo's processing unit is just as good as the Huawei Mate 30 5G one, and although the Microsoft Surface Duo has lesser RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processor. The Microsoft Surface Duo counts with a little sharper screen than Huawei Mate 30 5G, because it has a higher 1800 x 2700 pixels resolution, a larger screen and a little better quantity of pixels in each inch of display.
The Huawei Mate 30 5G counts with a very superior camera than Microsoft Surface Duo, and although they both have the same 60 fps video frame rate and the same (4K) video resolution, the Huawei Mate 30 5G also has a larger aperture and a camera with a lot higher 40 mega pixels resolution. The Microsoft Surface Duo has as much memory capacity to store more apps and games as the Huawei Mate 30 5G, both have equal internal storage.
The Huawei Mate 30 5G has longer battery performance than Microsoft Surface Duo, because it has a 17% more battery capacity.
