Huawei Mate 30 5G is much better than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, getting an 87.4 score against 77.5. The Huawei Mate 30 5G is a a lot newer and a little lighter phone than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, although it's also a little bit thicker. The Huawei Mate 30 5G counts with a little sharper display than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, because it has a little bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2340px, a little bigger display and a little bit greater pixels density.
Xiaomi Mi Max 2 has much more storage to store more games and applications than Huawei Mate 30 5G, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal memory capacity, the Xiaomi Mi Max 2 also has a slot for an external memory card that allows a maximum of 128 GB. Huawei Mate 30 5G has a bit more powerful processor than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Huawei Mate 30 5G also has 4 GB more RAM.
Xiaomi Mi Max 2 has greater battery life than Huawei Mate 30 5G, because it has a 26 percent bigger battery size.
