Comparison review
Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G is better than the Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2), with a global score of 90.5 against 77.4. Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G is a newer device than the Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2), although it is just a bit thicker and somewhat heavier. Both of these phones use Android OS, but Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G has an older 10 version and Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) has Android 9.0 Pie version.
Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G has a bit more powerful CPU than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2), and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G also has a larger amount of RAM memory. The Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) features a little bit better screen than Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G, although it has a quite lower pixel density, a little bit smaller display and a bit worse 1080 x 2280 resolution.
The Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G captures much better photos and videos than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2), and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition, the Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G also has better 60 frames per second video frame rate, a larger diafragm aperture to capture better photography and video in poorly lited environments, a much more megapixels back camera and a much bigger back camera sensor providing a much higher image quality.
The Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) has much more storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G, because although it has 0 less internal storage, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB. Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) has a little better battery duration than Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 4500mAh.
