Comparison review
Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G has a general score of 90.5, which is a little bit better than LG G8X ThinQ's global score of 82.7. Both of these phones use the same Android 10 OS, so both of them should provide the user the same operating system features. Despite being the best we compare here, we must tell that it's also just a little bit thicker and a little heavier.
LG G8X ThinQ's CPU is very similar to the CPU in Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G, and although the LG G8X ThinQ has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have 8 cores. LG G8X ThinQ has a screen that is very similar to the Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G one, although the LG G8X ThinQ has a quite lower pixels density, a little lower 1080 x 2340 resolution and a little bit smaller display.
Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G takes better photos and videos than LG G8X ThinQ, and although they both have the same video definition and the same video frame rate, the Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G also has a way bigger back-facing camera sensor providing a much higher image quality, a back camera with a lot higher 40 mega pixels resolution and a bigger camera aperture to take better low-light photography.
LG G8X ThinQ counts with a way bigger memory capacity to store more games and applications than Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G, because although it has just 128 GB internal memory, it also counts with an external memory card slot that allows up to 1,95 TB. The Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G features a little better battery performance than LG G8X ThinQ, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity against 4000mAh.
