Comparison review

The Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G is a little bit better than Motorola Edge 50 Pro, getting a 90.5 score against 86.3. Although it's the best in this comparison review, Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G's design is noticeably older, just a bit thicker and a bit heavier than the Motorola Edge 50 Pro. Both of these phones work with Android operating system, but the Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G has 10 version and Motorola Edge 50 Pro has Android 14 version.

The Motorola Edge 50 Pro has a more vivid display than Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G, because although it has a little lower 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution and a bit inferior pixels quantity in each display inch, it also counts with a little bigger display. Motorola Edge 50 Pro has much more memory capacity to store more games and applications than Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G, because it has more internal memory capacity.

The Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G has a much more powerful processing unit than Motorola Edge 50 Pro, although it has lesser RAM, they both have the same number of cores. The Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G shoots a little bit better videos and photos than Motorola Edge 50 Pro, although it has a tinier sensor which gives a worse image and video quality, a smaller camera aperture which is not good for capturing images and video in poorly lited situations, a worse 40 megapixels resolution camera in the back and a worse video resolution.

Motorola Edge 50 Pro counts with a battery lifetime that is very similar to Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G's battery life.
