Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G is slightly better than the Xiaomi Mi 8, getting a score of 90.5 against 83.3. Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G's design is newer than Xiaomi Mi 8's, although it is somewhat heavier and thicker. Both devices in this comparison review have the same Android 10 OS, so you shouldn't see any difference regarding OS features.
The Xiaomi Mi 8 has a processor that is very similar to the Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G one, and although the Xiaomi Mi 8 has a lower amount of RAM, they both have the same number of cores. The Xiaomi Mi 8 has a little sharper display than Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G, although it has a bit worse 1080 x 2248 pixels resolution, a bit smaller screen and a little inferior count of pixels per screen inch.
