Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 30 has a global score of 84, which is a little bit better than Huawei Mate 9 Pro's 78.7 general score. These phones come with Android OS, but the Huawei Mate 30 has the older 10 version and Huawei Mate 9 Pro has Android 8.0 Oreo. The Huawei Mate 30 design is much newer than the Huawei Mate 9 Pro's, although it's a little thicker and heavier.
The Huawei Mate 9 Pro features a bit more vivid display than Huawei Mate 30, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a higher 1440 x 2560px resolution and more pixels per inch in the screen. Huawei Mate 30 and Huawei Mate 9 Pro both have really similar memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos, both of them have the same 128 GB internal memory.
Huawei Mate 30 counts with a bit better hardware performance than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Huawei Mate 30 also has more RAM memory. The Huawei Mate 30 has a much better camera than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition, the Huawei Mate 30 also has faster video frame rate, a bigger diafragm aperture, a lot bigger back-facing camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a back facing camera with a way higher resolution.
Huawei Mate 30 features just a bit better battery lifetime than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, because it has a 4200mAh battery size instead of 4000mAh.
