The Huawei Mate 30 has a global score of 84, which is just a bit better than Huawei P30 Lite's 77 general score. These devices use Android OS, but the Huawei Mate 30 has the older 10 version while Huawei P30 Lite has Android 9.0 Pie version. Huawei Mate 30's construction is thicker and heavier than the Huawei P30 Lite.
Huawei P30 Lite counts with a screen that is just as good as the Huawei Mate 30 one, because although the Huawei P30 Lite has a quite smaller screen and a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 2312, it also counts with a just a little better pixel density. Huawei Mate 30 counts with a bit better processor than Huawei P30 Lite, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Huawei Mate 30 also has a larger amount of RAM.
Huawei P30 Lite features a lot bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Huawei Mate 30, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage capacity, the Huawei P30 Lite also has a SD extension slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB. Huawei Mate 30 features greater battery performance than Huawei P30 Lite, because it has 4200mAh of battery capacity instead of 3340mAh.
Huawei Mate 30 takes a lot better photos and videos than Huawei P30 Lite, and although they both have a same size aperture, the Huawei Mate 30 also has a much higher 3840x2160 video definition, a back-facing camera with lot more mega-pixels and a way larger back camera sensor which offers a lot better photo and video quality.
