Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 30 is slightly better than the Microsoft Surface Duo, having an 84 score against 78.8. Huawei Mate 30 is an older and incredibly thicker cellphone than the Microsoft Surface Duo, but Huawei was able to build it way lighter anyway. Both of these devices come with the same Android 10 OS, so both of them should give identical operating system features.
Microsoft Surface Duo counts with a processing unit that is very similar to the processor in Huawei Mate 30, and although the Microsoft Surface Duo has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have the same number of cores. The Microsoft Surface Duo has a slightly better looking screen than Huawei Mate 30, because it has a bigger display, a higher resolution of 1800 x 2700 pixels and a bit greater screen density.
Microsoft Surface Duo and Huawei Mate 30 count with extremely similar memory for applications, games, photos and videos, both of them have the same 128 GB internal storage capacity. Huawei Mate 30 has a way better camera than Microsoft Surface Duo, and although they both have the same 60 frames per second video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 video definition, the Huawei Mate 30 also has a bigger camera aperture for better images and video in low-light situations and a much more megapixels camera in the back.
