Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 30 is a little bit better than Galaxy A40, with an 84 score against 79.6. Both phones in this review use Android OS (operating system), but the Huawei Mate 30 has the previous 10 version while Galaxy A40 has Android 11 version. Despite being the best in this comparison review, Huawei Mate 30's design is extremely heavier and a little bit thicker than the Galaxy A40.
Galaxy A40 has a little more vivid screen than Huawei Mate 30, because although it has a bit smaller screen, and they both have an equal resolution of 1080 x 2340px, the Galaxy A40 also counts with a quite higher number of pixels per display inch. The Galaxy A40 counts with a better storage capacity for apps and games than Huawei Mate 30, because although it has just 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD extension slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB.
Huawei Mate 30 features a little bit better processing power than Galaxy A40, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei Mate 30 also has more RAM. Huawei Mate 30 counts with a greater camera than Samsung Galaxy A40, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not favorable for taking photos or videos in low-light environments, it also counts with a much bigger back camera sensor providing a way higher image quality, a way better video definition and a camera in the back with a way better resolution.
The Huawei Mate 30 features improved battery performance than Samsung Galaxy A40, because it has a 4200mAh battery size.
