The Huawei Mate 30 is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy S4, getting an 84 score against 79. Although Huawei Mate 30 is a lot newer than Samsung Galaxy S4, it's extremely heavier and just a bit thicker. These devices include Android OS, but the Huawei Mate 30 has newer 10 version while Samsung Galaxy S4 has Android 4.4, giving you a couple nice extra features and better performance.
