Comparison review
Huawei Mate 30 is a little bit better than Galaxy S9, getting an 84 score against 83.3. Huawei Mate 30's design has the same thickness than the Galaxy S9, but it is heavier. Samsung Galaxy S9 features a little sharper display than Huawei Mate 30, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with more pixels per display inch and a higher 1440 x 2960 resolution.
Huawei Mate 30 has a bit more powerful processor than Samsung Galaxy S9, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Huawei Mate 30 also has more RAM memory. The Huawei Mate 30 features a better camera than Galaxy S9, because although it has a smaller camera aperture, and they both have the same (4K) video definition and the same video frame rate, the Huawei Mate 30 also counts with a way larger back-facing camera sensor shooting much higher quality photos and a much more megapixels back facing camera.
The Galaxy S9 features more storage for apps and games than Huawei Mate 30, because although it has just 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that holds up to 400 GB. The Huawei Mate 30 has a much longer battery performance than Galaxy S9, because it has 4200mAh of battery capacity instead of 3000mAh.
