Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 30 has an overall score of 84, which is just a bit better than Sony Xperia 1's 82.6 score. Although the Huawei Mate 30 is a better phone than Sony Xperia 1, it must be told that it is also a little thicker and just a bit heavier. The Sony Xperia 1 features a processor that is just as good as the processor in Huawei Mate 30, and although the Sony Xperia 1 has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.
The Xperia 1 features a much better looking screen than Huawei Mate 30, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a way better quantity of pixels per inch in the screen and a much higher resolution of 1644 x 3840 pixels. Huawei Mate 30 counts with a way better camera than Sony Xperia 1, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not favorable for low light photos and videos, and they both have the same video quality, the Huawei Mate 30 also counts with a much larger back-facing camera sensor taking lot higher quality photos and videos, a way more megapixels back camera and faster video frame rates.
Sony Xperia 1 has a much greater storage capacity to store more games and applications than Huawei Mate 30, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal memory capacity, the Sony Xperia 1 also has a slot for SD memory cards that holds up to 512 GB. The Huawei Mate 30 counts with greater battery life than Xperia 1, because it has 4200mAh of battery capacity.
