Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 40 Pro is better than the Huawei Mate 10, having a global score of 90.9 against 78.9. These devices use the same Android 10 operating system. The Huawei Mate 40 Pro is a much newer phone than Huawei Mate 10, but it is somewhat heavier and somewhat thicker. The Huawei Mate 40 Pro counts with a bit more powerful processor than Huawei Mate 10, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Huawei Mate 40 Pro also has a higher amount of RAM.
The Huawei Mate 10 counts with a little bit better looking display than Huawei Mate 40 Pro, because although it has a bit lower resolution of 1440 x 2560px and a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a just a bit higher pixels count per inch of screen. The Huawei Mate 40 Pro captures way better photographs and videos than Huawei Mate 10, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is worse for low light images, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition, the Huawei Mate 40 Pro also counts with a camera in the back with a lot higher 50 megapixels resolution, better 60 fps video frame rate and a lot bigger sensor which offers a lot better image and video quality.
The Huawei Mate 40 Pro features much more memory capacity for applications and games than Huawei Mate 10, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory capacity. Huawei Mate 40 Pro has just a little better battery life than Huawei Mate 10, because it has a 10 percent larger battery capacity.
