The Huawei Mate 40 Pro is much better than Huawei Mate 8, getting a global score of 90.9 against 77.4. The Huawei Mate 40 Pro is a much newer device than Huawei Mate 8, but it's somewhat heavier and thicker. The Huawei Mate 40 Pro features a bit better hardware performance than Huawei Mate 8, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei Mate 40 Pro also has a higher amount of RAM.
Huawei Mate 40 Pro has just a bit better looking screen than Huawei Mate 8, because it has a just a bit better pixels quantity in each inch of screen, a bit bigger display and a better resolution of 1334 x 2772 pixels.
