Huawei Mate 40 Pro is better than LG G5, getting a overall score of 90.9 against 76.1. Both of these devices work with Android OS (operating system), but the Huawei Mate 40 Pro has the previous 10 version and LG G5 has Android 8.0 Oreo. The Huawei Mate 40 Pro design is newer than LG G5's, although it's much heavier and thicker.
LG G5 has a slightly better looking display than Huawei Mate 40 Pro, because although it has a much smaller display and a little lower resolution of 1440 x 2560px, it also counts with a just a little more pixels per inch in the screen.
