Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 40 Pro is a little bit better than LG G8 ThinQ, getting a general score of 90.9 against 84.3. The Huawei Mate 40 Pro construction is newer, but notably heavier and just a little thicker than the LG G8 ThinQ. Both of these phones come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Huawei Mate 40 Pro has older 10 version while LG G8 ThinQ has Android 9.0 Pie.
LG G8 ThinQ features a brighter display than Huawei Mate 40 Pro, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a just a bit better pixel amount per inch in the display and a little higher resolution of 1440 x 3120px. The Huawei Mate 40 Pro features a bit better processor than LG G8 ThinQ, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei Mate 40 Pro also has more RAM memory.

The LG G8 ThinQ counts with a much greater storage capacity for games and applications than Huawei Mate 40 Pro, because although it has just 128 GB internal storage, it also counts with an external memory card slot that holds up to 1,95 TB. Huawei Mate 40 Pro has longer battery lifetime than LG G8 ThinQ, because it has a 26% bigger battery capacity.
