Huawei Mate 40 Pro has a global score of 90.9, which is much better than Microsoft Surface Duo's overall score of 78.8. Both devices in our current comparison use the same Android 10 OS (operating system), so both of them should give you all the same operating system features. The Huawei Mate 40 Pro construction is somewhat lighter but a lot thicker than the Microsoft Surface Duo, and both of them were released with only a couple months difference.
Huawei Mate 40 Pro has just a little better performance than Microsoft Surface Duo, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Huawei Mate 40 Pro also has 2 GB more RAM. Huawei Mate 40 Pro counts with a bit more vivid display than Microsoft Surface Duo, because although it has a little bit lower resolution of 1334 x 2772 pixels and a little smaller screen, it also counts with a just a bit better quantity of pixels in each inch in the screen.
Huawei Mate 40 Pro counts with much more memory capacity to store more apps and games than Microsoft Surface Duo, because it has 256 GB internal storage capacity. Huawei Mate 40 Pro has superior battery duration than Microsoft Surface Duo, because it has a 4400mAh battery capacity against 3577mAh. The Huawei Mate 40 Pro shoots way better pictures and videos than Microsoft Surface Duo, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Huawei Mate 40 Pro also has a bigger diafragm aperture to take better low light photography and video and a back facing camera with lot more MP.
