The Huawei Mate 40 Pro has a general score of 90.9, which is better than the Motorola Edge 50 Neo's score of 81.9. Both of these phones use Android OS (operating system), but Huawei Mate 40 Pro has 10 version while Motorola Edge 50 Neo has Android 14. Even being the best phone in our current comparison, Huawei Mate 40 Pro is an extremely older, heavier and thicker phone than the Motorola Edge 50 Neo.

Motorola Edge 50 Neo has a much better looking screen than Huawei Mate 40 Pro, because although it has a quite lower 1256 x 2760 pixels resolution and a little smaller screen, it also counts with a little more pixels per inch of display. Huawei Mate 40 Pro has a little longer battery life than Motorola Edge 50 Neo, because it has 4400mAh of battery capacity against 4310mAh. Huawei Mate 40 Pro shoots a bit better pictures and videos than Motorola Edge 50 Neo, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture, and they both have a camera in the back with a 50 mega pixels and the same video resolution, the Huawei Mate 40 Pro also counts with better video frame rates and a larger back camera sensor which offers a better image and video quality.
