Huawei Mate 40 Pro has a global score of 90.9, which is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy M40's 85 general score. The Huawei Mate 40 Pro construction is newer, but somewhat thicker and a lot heavier than Samsung Galaxy M40. Both of these phones have the same Android 10 OS. The Huawei Mate 40 Pro features a bit faster processor than Samsung Galaxy M40, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Huawei Mate 40 Pro also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
Huawei Mate 40 Pro features a little more vivid screen than Galaxy M40, because it has a little bit larger display, a just a little better quantity of pixels per inch of display and a better resolution of 1334 x 2772 pixels. The Galaxy M40 counts with a bit more storage capacity for games and applications than Huawei Mate 40 Pro, because although it has only 128 GB internal storage, it also counts with a SD card slot that allows up to 512 GB.
Huawei Mate 40 Pro counts with superior battery lifetime than Galaxy M40, because it has 4400mAh of battery capacity instead of 3500mAh.
