Comparison review
The Galaxy S21 is just a bit better than the Huawei Mate 40 Pro, with a 91.8 score against 90.9. These devices have Android OS, but the Galaxy S21 has the newer 11 version while Huawei Mate 40 Pro has Android 10 version, giving you a lot of extra features and better performance. Even though the Galaxy S21 and Huawei Mate 40 Pro were released with only 3 months difference, the Galaxy S21 is thinner and lighter.
The Huawei Mate 40 Pro features a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy S21. Both of them have a 8 GB RAM and the same number of cores. Galaxy S21 features a little sharper screen than Huawei Mate 40 Pro, although it has a bit worse number of pixels per inch in the display, a bit smaller screen and a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 2400px.
Huawei Mate 40 Pro counts with a lot bigger memory for applications and games than Galaxy S21, because it has 256 GB internal memory capacity. The Huawei Mate 40 Pro takes much better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy S21, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not good for low light captures and videos, and they both have the same (4K) video resolution, the Huawei Mate 40 Pro also counts with a much bigger back-facing camera sensor which offers a much higher image and video quality, faster video frame rate and a lot more MP back facing camera.
The Huawei Mate 40 Pro has a little longer battery performance than Galaxy S21, because it has a 4400mAh battery capacity.
