The Sony Xperia 1 II has an overall score of 91, which is a bit better than the Huawei Mate 40 Pro's global score of 90.9. Both of these phones include Android OS (operating system), but Sony Xperia 1 II has newer 11 version while Huawei Mate 40 Pro has Android 10, so it gives you a lot of extra features. The Sony Xperia 1 II body is somewhat lighter and thinner than the Huawei Mate 40 Pro, although they were released with only 5 months difference.
Sony Xperia 1 II has just a bit better looking display than Huawei Mate 40 Pro, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a better pixel density and a better 1644 x 3840px resolution.
