Huawei Mate 40 Pro has a global score of 90.9, which is much better than Xiaomi 15 Pro's 81.3 score. The Huawei Mate 40 Pro is an extremely older and just a little thicker phone than Xiaomi 15 Pro, but Huawei was able to build it just a little lighter anyway. These phones use Android OS (operating system), but Huawei Mate 40 Pro has older 10 version while Xiaomi 15 Pro has Android 14.
The Huawei Mate 40 Pro features a very superior performance than Xiaomi 15 Pro, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have 8 cores. The Xiaomi 15 Pro features a much sharper display than Huawei Mate 40 Pro, and although they both have a same size screen, the Xiaomi 15 Pro also has a bit higher 1440 x 3200 resolution and a bit more pixels per screen inch.
The Huawei Mate 40 Pro captures a bit better photos and videos than Xiaomi 15 Pro, because although it has a way tinier aperture which is not favorable for low light photos, and they both have the same video resolution and a same resolution back facing camera, the Huawei Mate 40 Pro also counts with better 60 frames per second video frame rates.
The Xiaomi 15 Pro's storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos is very similar to the Huawei Mate 40 Pro one, both have exactly the same internal storage capacity. Xiaomi 15 Pro features a superior battery life than Huawei Mate 40 Pro, because it has a 39 percent bigger battery capacity.
