Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 40 Pro is a lot better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, having a 90.9 score against 75.7. Both devices in our current comparison use Android OS (operating system), but Huawei Mate 40 Pro has 10 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro has Android 12. Although it's the best in our current comparison, we must note that it's also a older, thicker and somewhat heavier device.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro features a bit more vivid screen than Huawei Mate 40 Pro, although it has a quite smaller display, a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 2400 and a bit inferior count of pixels per inch in the display. The Huawei Mate 40 Pro features a very superior processing power than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, and although they both have 8 cores, the Huawei Mate 40 Pro also has a larger amount of RAM memory.
Huawei Mate 40 Pro has just a bit better camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, and although they both have a camera with a 50 MP resolution, the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and a F1.9 aperture, the Huawei Mate 40 Pro also has a bigger sensor providing a higher image quality and faster 60 frames per second video frame rate.
Huawei Mate 40 Pro features a superior memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, because it has 128 GB more internal memory capacity. Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro counts with a little better battery life than Huawei Mate 40 Pro, because it has a 5000mAh battery size against 4400mAh.
