Huawei Mate 40 Pro is much better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, having a overall score of 90.9 against 75.8. These phones come with Android OS (Operating System), but Huawei Mate 40 Pro has the previous 10 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro has Android 8.0 Oreo version. Although the Huawei Mate 40 Pro is much newer than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, it is somewhat thicker and somewhat heavier.
The Huawei Mate 40 Pro has a bit better performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Huawei Mate 40 Pro also has 2 GB more RAM.
