Comparison review
Asus ZenFone 8 is a little bit better than Huawei Mate 50E, having a score of 83 against 78.9. Asus ZenFone 8 works with Android 11 operating system, and Huawei Mate 50E counts with HarmonyOS 3 operating system. The Asus ZenFone 8 is an older and somewhat thicker cellphone than the Huawei Mate 50E, but Asus was able to make it lighter anyway.
The Asus ZenFone 8 has a brighter display than Huawei Mate 50E, because although it has a little worse resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a little smaller screen, it also counts with a little bit more pixels per screen inch. Huawei Mate 50E and Asus ZenFone 8 both feature incredibly similar storage for applications, games, photos and videos, both of them have the same internal storage.
The Asus ZenFone 8 has a bit better CPU than Huawei Mate 50E, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have 8 processing cores. The Asus ZenFone 8 captures much clearer pictures and videos than Huawei Mate 50E, because although it has a lot tinier diafragm aperture which is not so good for capturing photos in poorly lited situations, it also counts with a back camera with lot more mega-pixels.
The Huawei Mate 50E has just a bit longer battery life than Asus ZenFone 8, because it has 4460mAh of battery capacity.
