Asus ROG Phone 7 has a score of 81.2, which is a little bit better than Huawei Mate 8's 77.4 general score. The Asus ROG Phone 7 is a much newer device than Huawei Mate 8, although it is a lot thicker and notably heavier. Asus ROG Phone 7 and Huawei Mate 8 count with extremely similar screens, although the Asus ROG Phone 7 also has a quite larger display, a lot better 2080 x 2448 resolution and a better screen pixel density.
Huawei Mate 8 features a lot better processing power than Asus ROG Phone 7, although it has 12 GB lesser RAM, they both have the same number of cores. The Asus ROG Phone 7 counts with much more storage to store more games and applications than Huawei Mate 8, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with more internal memory capacity.
Asus ROG Phone 7 has a much longer battery lifetime than Huawei Mate 8, because it has a 50% larger battery capacity. Asus ROG Phone 7 has a lot better camera than Huawei Mate 8, because it has a much better resolution back facing camera and a lot higher 7680x4320 video quality.
