Google Pixel 2 XL has a global score of 82.5, which is a bit better than Huawei Mate 8's 77.4 general score. The Google Pixel 2 XL is a just a bit lighter device than the Huawei Mate 8, but both of them have the same thickness. The Google Pixel 2 XL counts with a brighter display than Huawei Mate 8, and although they both have a same size screen, the Google Pixel 2 XL also has a much better 1440 x 2880 pixels resolution and a higher number of pixels per display inch.
The Huawei Mate 8 counts with a superior storage capacity for applications and games than Google Pixel 2 XL, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory capacity, the Huawei Mate 8 also has a slot for external memory cards that admits up to 128 GB. Google Pixel 2 XL counts with a CPU that is very similar to the CPU in Huawei Mate 8, both of them have the same number of cores and the same RAM amount.
Google Pixel 2 XL takes a bit better videos and photos than Huawei Mate 8, because although it has a back-facing camera with a much lower resolution, it also counts with a lot better 3840x2160 video resolution and a bigger camera aperture to capture better low-light photography and video. The Huawei Mate 8 counts with a little longer battery performance than Google Pixel 2 XL, because it has a 14% more battery capacity.
In addition to being the best phone in our comparison, the Google Pixel 2 XL is also a bargain compared to the other devices.
