Comparison review
Huawei Pocket S has an overall score of 78.2, which is slightly better than Huawei Mate 8's 77.4 general score. Huawei Pocket S's construction is much newer and a bit thinner than Huawei Mate 8's, but it is a little heavier. The Huawei Pocket S features a little more vivid display than Huawei Mate 8, because it has a bigger display, a quite better pixel number per inch in the display and a better 1188 x 2790 resolution.
The Huawei Pocket S has a little better processing power than Huawei Mate 8, and although they both have 8 cores, the Huawei Pocket S also has a greater amount of RAM memory. Huawei Mate 8 counts with a much greater storage for apps and games than Huawei Pocket S, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the Huawei Mate 8 also has a SD extension slot that admits up to 128 GB.
Huawei Pocket S's battery lifetime is very similar to the Huawei Mate 8 one. The Huawei Mate 8 features a superior camera than Huawei Pocket S, although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not recommended for low light photography and a much lower resolution camera.
