Even being the best cellphone in this comparison review, Huawei Mate 8's construction is a little thicker and heavier than the LG G5. The LG G5 has a sharper screen than Huawei Mate 8, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a way greater screen pixels density and a better resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels.
The Huawei Mate 8 has a bit better processing unit than LG G5, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM, the Huawei Mate 8 also has a higher number of faster cores. The LG G5 counts with a little bit better camera than Huawei Mate 8, and although they both have the same resolution back camera, the LG G5 also has a way better 3840x2160 video quality and a bigger aperture.
The LG G5 features a slightly better memory for applications and games than Huawei Mate 8, because although it has just 32 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with a SD card slot that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB. The Huawei Mate 8 counts with a much better battery performance than LG G5, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity.
Although Huawei Mate 8 is a better device, it costs more money than LG G5, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the LG G5. So if you need that extra features, you can buy Huawei Mate 8, else you can save a couple dollars and get the LG G5, resigning some specs and features.
