The LG Velvet has an overall score of 87.1, which is much better than the Huawei Mate 8's overall score of 77.4. The LG Velvet is a a bit lighter phone than Huawei Mate 8, but both are equally thin. The LG Velvet counts with a bit faster CPU than Huawei Mate 8, and although they both have the same number of cores, the LG Velvet also has a greater amount of RAM.
LG Velvet features a slightly better screen than Huawei Mate 8, because it has a slightly higher resolution of 1080 x 2460px, a little greater screen pixels density and a quite larger screen. LG Velvet counts with a much greater storage capacity to store more games and applications than Huawei Mate 8, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal storage, the LG Velvet also has an external memory slot that holds up to 1,95 TB.
The LG Velvet counts with a little better battery duration than Huawei Mate 8, because it has a 4300mAh battery size. The LG Velvet takes much better photos and videos than Huawei Mate 8, because it has a way more MP back camera, a much higher video definition and a larger aperture.
